Pilot Study!

Before you begin, please take a moment to read the following:

How to use Everest (Crash Course)

If you're in Group A:

Use all parts of the form to define your subgoal clearly. Think about what you want to achieve, how you’ll measure progress, why it matters to you, and when you’ll start and finish. These details will help Everest connect your regular habit to a meaningful long-term goal.

If you're in Group B:

When creating a subgoal, only answer the first question: "What exactly do you want to achieve?" Leave the rest of the form blank — don’t enter anything for how you’ll measure it, why it matters, or when it ends. Just focus on tracking your habit simply.

What to Expect

This is a short 2 week study to test how well Everest helps users stay consistent with meaningful goals.
You’ll choose some subgoals (preferably 2 at most) to track, tied to a larger goal that matters to you.
You’ll receive a pre-survey (now) and a post-survey (later) to help us understand your experience.
